This amount is payable once-off or on a pre-determined payment plan. 
If you choose the payment plans the first installment can be paid via credit card or electronic fund transfer but the second and third installments can only be paid via electronic fund transfer.

* Your entry fee includes a 15% non-refundable deposit of the full entry fee.

- ZAR amount is fixed. USD and EUR amounts are only indicative figures as they are subject to the exchange rate on day of payment. 

Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the full entry fee is included in the entry.
Final payment The full entry fee is payable by 30 April 2017. Entries not confirmed via full payment by 30 April will be passed on to the next person on the waiting list, if there is a waiting list.
Who can enter Entries are open to runners over the age of 20 years only.
  You do not need to be a member of any athletics club to take part in the Wildrun®.
Compulsory forms A medical form must be submitted (this will be made available to you closer to the time) as part of your entry requirement. This is not negotiable - it must be signed by a doctor (and not on your own behalf, if you are a doctor) and dated within 6 months of the event date.

PLEASE NOTE: This a tough outdoor running event that takes you deep into remote environments. By its very nature you will need to be self-sufficient and carry the compulsory equipment listed. Please consider your experience before entering and feel free to contact us for any more information.



Accommodation Shared hotel/lodge accommodation during the Wildrun® (four nights).
On the entry form you can select who you want to share with where twin rooms are applicable and we will endeavour to put you with that person. Alternatively the organisers will place appropriately. Unfortunately, there is no option of single rooms.
If you would like to share with more than one person, include all names and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please understand that we have to work with the room specs we are given and it will not always be possible. 
Meals Breakfast, lunch and dinner during the Wildrun®, starting with dinner on the evening of registration and finishing with breakfast (if early departure then breakfast pack) on the day of departure (morning after the finish).

High quality Wildrun® photo book & DVD containing high res images of the event, delivered via registered post after the event.



Transport To the start of the Wildrun® and back from the finish of the Wildrun®.
We will organise transfers to and from East London airport that can be booked separately if necessary. Click here for details on transfers.
Drinks At any of the hotels, drinks are for the participant's account.
Room tab Tabs will not be accepted at any hotels - participants to settle drinks or other bills up-front.
Race food Race supplements and personal nutrition.



Cancellations / refunds     Any entry cancelled in writing on or before 31 May 2017 will be given an 85% refund.
Cancellation is valid only if received in writing.
No entries can be carried over to the following year as the cancellation and substitution policy will apply if you're not able to participate in the current year's entry and are unable to find a substitute as per the policy.
If you cancel after 31 May 2017 no refund will be performed.
Substitutions   From 1 June until 8 August 2017 substitutions will be allowed. Ultimately, it is the runner's responsibility to find a substitute, but we can assist with offering the entry to those runners on the waiting list if there is a waiting list.  However, we offer no guarantee that the entry will be taken by the waiting list.
Substitution deadline        8 August 2017
Substitution procedure A substitute must complete an entry form online - this can be accessed by logging into the original entrant's entry via their entry confirmation link. This link can be found on the confirmation email that the original entrant received upon entering. Once logged-in, runner must select 'Substitute this entry' and follow the step-by-step procedure.

Important additional information The original entrant must notify us in writing on or before 8 August with the name and contact details of the person taking over the entry. The substitute will also be required to submit a signed medical form. No substitutions will be taken within two weeks prior to the event start. No cancelled entry will be refunded except within the terms above.
